Our mission is to promote a business, economic and legal environment conducive to the efficient and ethical conduct to all aspects of mortgage banking and real estate finance. Our membership is comprised of a diverse group of industry professionals: Mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, title companies, attorneys, appraisers, credit reporting agencies and insurance companies.

The CMBA provides networking opportunities, social events, educational programs, and industry updates for mortgage professionals in Chattanooga and surrounding areas. The CMBA promotes fair and ethical lending practices and fosters excellence and technical know-how among real estate finance professionals through a wide range of educational programs and technical publications.
